Neurofibromatosis Diagnostic and Treatment Center

The Neurofibromatosis Center provides multidisciplinary outpatient care for children with neurofibromatosis diagnoses including NF1,
NF2 and Schwannomatosis. The program offers the services of Geneticists, Ophthalmologists, Developmental Pediatricians, Neurologists, Orthopedists, Audiologists, as well as other needed healthcare professionals.

Evaluations by a Medical Geneticist and a Pediatric Neurologist are completed in a single session. The Center has a dedicated Social Worker who addresses the patient needs as they arise. The team also coordinates care with Developmental Pediatricians, Pediatric Orthopedists, audiologists and any other necessary specialists or healthcare professionals.

The program is registered with the Children’s Tumor Foundation. This Foundation and its members are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by neurofibromatosis.
